The photo shows a scene in a room projected onto the outside of a wooden house. The house has wooden shutters and flower boxes with red and pink flowers. The windows are decorated with white lace curtains. Two people in silver, futuristic protective suits can be seen within the projection. They are sitting at a wooden table and appear to be engrossed in a conversation. In front of them is a vase of white flowers on the table, as well as a few other objects such as cups and a coffee pot.

Echt jetzt? Gerecht jetzt!
An interactive workshop on climate justice by Vanessa Mantini (Green City e.V.) and Asmir Šabić (BalkaNet e.V.)

Democratic values are in danger all over the world. We encounter injustices every day and everywhere. Even the climate crisis does not "distribute" justice: some people are far more affected - and not just anywhere, but also in the global city with a heart. Together, we will uncover climate (in)justice, deal with intersectionality, but also with humanity and allyship. For real change.

Workshop "Climate catastrophe, apocalypse - and paradise?"
Film and writing workshop with Marvin Krause and Gretel Ribka. What does your personal paradise look like? - Let's go on a search.

We visit familiar places in our city and try to focus our attention on the inconspicuous. In various film and writing exercises, we will engage with the inhabitants of these places - people, animals, plants, houses.
Do we feel individually or do we find a common paradise? In the montage of image and text, we create small mementos of our personal world as we saw it on two days in July 2024.
Let's try something out together, everyone is welcome!

Workshop "Klima.Gerecht.Machen"
led by Djami Struck, Ju Hock, Maria Morales Vidal and Florentine Illner

"Climate injustice is also taking place in this country and it is still predominantly people from a relatively educated and mainly white middle and upper class who are talking about the issue. With the project Klima.Gerecht.Machen. the associations Initiativgruppe - interkulturelle Begegnung und Bildung e.V. (Mikado) and Green City e.V. are trying to change this and are training young people (mainly those affected by discrimination) to give independent workshops on the subject of climate justice. A workshop like this on Saturday will help you to dive deeper into the topic of climate injustice. Learn why less privileged people worldwide, e.g. in former colonies, BIPOC, women* or people with low incomes are more affected by climate impacts and talk to your peers about what we can all do."

*for clarity, the term women was used here, but means FLINTA* (women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people)

*zur Verständlichkeit wurde hier der Begriff Frauen verwendet, meint aber FLINTA* (Frauen, Lesben, intersexuelle, nicht-binäre, trans und agender Personen)

Die Verteidigung des Paradieses
An End-Times Fantasy Based on the Novel by Thomas von Steinaecker...
Erwin Aljukić wears a light-colored shirt and holds a broom in his hand. He seems to be looking upwards, possibly at a projection or a light that is cast on the ceiling. This projection has a reddish color. On the right of the picture you can see the side of the wooden house with the flower boxes full of red flowers.
