Cemile Dincer is an artist who studies music at the Berlin University of the Arts. The multi-instrumentalist masters the saz and other Anatolian instruments as well as the piano and is known for her interpretations of traditional Kurdish, Armenian and Turkish songs. Born in Frankfurt am Main, the singer’s concert repertoire includes a diverse selection of folkloric pieces arranged in both modern and traditional styles, reflecting the cultural diversity of her roots. For this performance, she will be accompanied by Ahmedo with the instruments tenbur and lavta.
